Get Ready to Take Charge

- Turn one piece of content into multiple high-quality variations (hooks, pacing, structure)
- Test different angles and ideas — and be comfortable trying new things
- Review performance insights and use them to improve edits
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows (not as a gimmick)
We Expect You To
- Have proven experience editing performance ads (not only “brand” edits)
- Have strong instinct for what makes a video hook and hold attention
- Be comfortable working fast and handling volume
- Have confidency with Adobe Premiere / After Effects (or similar)
- Have curiosity and willingness to use AI to move faster
