Get Ready to Take Charge
- Monitor day-to-day payments risk & operational health across brands and markets (fraud, chargebacks, disputes, alerts).
- Run recurring KPI reviews and escalate issues fast with the right teams.
- Coordinate alert/dispute workflows with Customer Support and external providers.
- Support compliance tracking (Visa/Mastercard programs, KYC requests, deadlines).
- Manage day-to-day communication with PSP/account managers and keep documentation tidy.
We Expect You To
- 2–4 years of experience in payments operations or risk (e-commerce, D2C, fintech, or similar).
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating across teams (Engineering, Finance, Customer Support, and external partners).
- Solid understanding of chargebacks, fraud, and card network programs (Visa/Mastercard, including alerts such as RDR, CDRN, Ethoca, or similar).
- Comfort working with dashboards and metrics, with the ability to clearly summarize insights.
- Proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and execute effectively under pressure.
