Responsibilities
- Provide insights by creating dashboards and adhoc analysis
- Solve bugs by collaborating with other non-technical teams
- Help stakeholders & other team members with their day-to-day data related questions
- Conduct root cause analysis when metrics deviate from expected patterns
- Challenge metrics and question stakeholder assumptions to ensure accuracy
We Expect You To
Considered an advantage
- Experience with marketing and analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo)
- E-commerce domain knowledge and understanding of core business metrics
- Experience with conducting & analyzing A/B tests
- SQL expertise (2+ years) with proven ability to write complex queries
- Be proactive & detail oriented
- Have ability to explain complex data processes to less tech savvy team members
- Have understanding of digital data collection: event tracking, API integrations, and how user interactions become measurable metrics
- Have experience building and maintaining Looker dashboards or a similar tool (Power BI, Tableau)
- Be familiar with code versioning control
